Natural treatments for hair loss

There have not been many clinical trials involving natural supplements to cure or prevent hair loss.

• Saw palmetto - a plant based compound that inhibits the conversion of testosterone to DHT. In one trial, 60% of men taking saw palmetto showed improvements in hair loss.
• Biotin, Nioxin, or Procerin has not been proven to improve hair loss.
